Frisco

I’m feeling that it has been some time since I posted. Frankly, that is because there hasn’t really been any thing “cancery” going on. I’m feeling pretty good. Still waiting for the next round of blood tests to tell me how my white and red blood cells are doing, which will tell me where and how much exercise I can be doing, and how careful I have to be around people with colds or whatever. I’m looking forward to revisiting Frontier House when I get the all-clear. I have been missing the people there, and I kind of left on medical leave in a hurry without a proper good-bye.

What Grant and I have been doing for the last week or so is being up in Frisco working on a construction job for one of his long-time clients. It started out as a window replacement job for just a few windows. But then it was found that one of them had been leaking so severely that the wall was sopping wet, moldy, and disintegrating, so it turned into a rebuild-the-wall-and-replace-the-window project. So we’ve been here longer than originally scheduled. They are super cool about allowing us to stay in the house while he works, and the family is good people. So we are enjoying our time.

And what’s more, it has been Fall up here this week.  So, gorgeous photos:

Hey, great to hear you are doing well. Tell me… You did not actually take all these pictures, did you? Some look like postcards. Beautimous! Thanks for sharing.

I shared with my kids’ father. He is a photographer and a painter. He will appreciate this fine work of yours. Maybe another career for you…
